In 1996 Thermoshield added a new company to the group, namely Thermoshield Window Services Limited. This company was incorporated to look after all the servicing requirements of both customers and contractors alike.

Thermoshield employs trained engineers with the necessary experience and skill to repair, adjust or replace the required items in windows, doors and conservatories. With these engineers on the road covering the South East Thermoshield can confidently fulfil their 10year guarantee given on all their products through the retail market.

Thermoshield also have servicing contracts with local councils and housing associations, together with attending to the service requirements of the general public.
