The installation of your new Thermoshield windows, doors or conservatory begins with a visit from one of our qualified surveyors. They will have the details of the contract you signed with our sales team.

They will take careful measurements and draw up plans for your approval. Once the necessary drawings have been made, the factory will commence the fabrication of your new products. The installations office will then contact you to arrange a date for work to be commenced. Once work has started, your sales representative will visit to ensure everything is proceeding to your complete satisfaction.

Prior to the fitting date, the office will contact each customer and advise them to clear a working space of at least a metre from the windows to be fitted. Of course, the teams will happily carry out this task if required.

Dust sheets are always laid at this stage to protect fixtures and fittings. After the installation, the teams will ensure that the room is left as it was before work started. All the fitters carry portable vacuum cleaners to make sure every last bit of dust is captured.

And all fitters love a cuppa if the customer is brewing one!
